Wide deployment of TCPA?

• Can the user/owner of a TP self-certify software?

• Service providers must not lock their services to only a specific set of software

• Obtaining a Platform Identity for non-commercial use could be free of charge

• Non-profit organisations can be sponsored by TCPA to become P-CAs

• A Zero Knowledge protocol for attesting that a TPM is genuine would make correlation of information less of an issue
